Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme

The new housing project introduced by Prime Minister Imran Khan and this Prime Minister housing project is named as Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme, and this project was announced on 10th October 2018.
The main aim of the government is that in this housing program, they will construct 5 million houses for the lower class families of Pakistan. All the details about the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme are given below.

Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme:

This housing scheme is the best option for middle-class families to buy their dream home at affordable rates. Also, this project is a great step in the success of the economic progress of Pakistan.
The government of Pakistan will also provide the project loans to the builders and contractors so that they can complete the Naya Pakistan housing project in time.

Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Phase 1:

The first phase of Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is introduced for the seven districts of Pakistan including
· Quetta
· Sukkur
· Swat Gilgit
· Muzaffarabad
· Faisalabad
· Islamabad.
NADRA has taken the responsibility of the registration process of Phase 1. If you want to get the house, then you have to fill the registration form and then submit it to NADRA with the all-important information and registration fee.
After submitting the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme form, NADRA was responsible for assessing the number of applicants.

Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Phase 2:

After the Phase 1 NADRA has launched the registration process for the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Phase 2.
And the registration process of Phase 2 was opened from 15th July 2019 to the next few months.

How To Apply For NPHS:

You can download the application form from the NADRA official website and fill the way with the family's total gross income. But in the range mentioned below
· Whose income is less than 20,00
· Whose income is between 20,001 and 40,000
· Whose income is between 40,001 and 60,000
· Whose income is between 60,001 and 100,000
· Whose income is more than 100,000
First, you have to download a form and fill it correctly, after this attach 2 passport size photos and attach a copy of CNIC. Then pay a nonrefundable fee and submit your form. You can apply with the help of Naya Pakistan housing scheme online registration or NADRA registration

Eligibility Criteria:

The only person can provide 250rs with the form. But after the launch of the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme, there are too many applications received by NADRA. Eligibility criteria are given below
· You must have Pakistani CNIC
· Only one person in a family can apply
· With the Naya Pakistan housing scheme registration form, you have to submit 250rs
· Those families whose monthly income is between 10,000 and 25,000 will be preferred more
· Those families who do not have their property
In Naya Pakistan, Housing Scheme houses will be built in different three categories. All are given below

You can easily download the registration form the NADRA official website and at the time of submitting the form, you have to pay 250rs nonrefundable fee. You can pay this with the help of Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, Credit/Debit Card, E-Sahulat Center

Size of Houses In Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme:

3 Marla and 5 Marla houses are available in Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. Other than this these houses are available in a single story with 1 or 2 bedrooms and also in the double story with the three or four bedrooms

House Prices In Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme:

All the prices of these affordable houses in Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme are given below
The price of 3 Marla house in Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is 16.5 lacs to 17.5 lacs
The price of 5 Marla house in Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is 21 lacs to 23 lacs
You have to pay 10,000rs with the application and this amount is refundable. If you are selected for this scheme then this amount will be adjusted in the down payment after the balloting. Otherwise, after 15 days this amount will be refunded to you with the help of bank

When you pay the 10% down payment then the remaining amount will be payable on the monthly or quarterly installments.
